Common objections, answered.

$999 is a lot just for a report.

It's a one-time cost. If we reclaim 8 hours/week as planned, you've paid for it in under two weeks at a $100/hr burdened cost. The 5-hour guarantee protects you if we don't get there.

We already use [some AI tool].

Great — then we focus on the workflows you haven't touched yet. The assessment is about what you're not using, not replacing what works.

Can you just implement everything for us?

Yes, but that's a separate engagement with its own scope and pricing. Most clients do the $999 assessment first, pick their top 2–3 wins, then decide which they want me to implement and which they'll handle in-house.

Can I get references?

I'm launching this with a small beta cohort, so the first few clients will be among the earliest. That's why beta pricing is available. As soon as I have permission to share case studies, they'll go up here.

We're too small for this.

Small is ideal. Large teams have IT and ops people. Solo owners and 5-person offices are exactly where the ROI math works hardest, because one person's time is the whole bottleneck.
